Tour of the Western part of Poland offers a chance to see the beautiful XVII century Warsaw centre to the old polish capital city of Krakov, but also places where some of the darkest European events were written: Auschwitz.

- Krakov - the amazing new "hot spot in Eastern Europe with its fabulous Old Town Square,
- Wieliczka - 700 year old Salt Mine,
- Zakopane - unique and charming resort town in tatra mountains,
- Wroclaw - medieval city with 13th century Town Hall and Gothic Cathedral,
- Torun – the birthplace of Copernicus,
- Rydzyna - the pearl of the Polish baroque
- Poznan - the focal city of early Polish history with renaissance Town Hall
- Torun - the medieval town so closely associated with Copernicus.

After breakfast: sightseeing of Warsaw, an extraordinary city in which influences of Western and Eastern Europe culture cross. Here historic buildings, palaces, churches and architectural complexes, destroyed during the War, have been reconstructed with great care. UNESCO appreciated Warsaw Monuments and its relics, and honoured the City by putting the Historic Centre of Warsaw on the World Heritage List. Lunch. Afternoon free

LunchWarsaw-Czestochowa-Oswiecim-Krakov
After breakfast: drive to Kraków, en-route visit to Częstochowa Jasna Góra Monastery, with the country's national shrine and the holy picture of the Black Madonna. Lunch. Afternoon drive to Oświęcim, visit to Auschwitz- former Nazi concentration camp, the memorial museum set up there after the War is now the grim destination for thousands paying homage to those who died there

After breakfast: sightseeing of Kraków, Poland's cultural capital, with about a quarter of all the country's museum holdings. Free afternoon. Dinner.

After breakfast drive to Polish winter capital Zakopane; en route visit to stunning Wieliczka Salt Mine with beautifully carved chambers, chapels, an underground lake. All made in salt. Lunch. Accomodation in Zakopane.

Reservation and Payment Policy
- Deposit of $ 500 per person is required upon booking, unless reservation is made within 45 days of departure at which time full payment is due
- Balance due 45 days before starting date of tour
- Guests must be at least 18 to 21 years of age at time of check-in (depending on individual hotel policy) unless accompanied by a parent or guardian.
- You must present photo ID at check in.
- Changes and cancellation can be made through Polimex Travel only. Please do not contact your travel providers to process any changes or refunds. Changes or cancellations may incur charges.
- Your hotel reservation is prepaid and guaranteed for late arrival.
- Any incidental charges at your hotel (parking, phone calls, room service, or energy surcharges) will be handled directly between you and the hotel.
- Once booked, your air, hotel, and any other reservations cannot be transferred or changed to another name or destination.
- No refunds can be made for unused hotel nights resulting from delayed check-in or early check-out, unless you've purchased a Travel Protection Plan. Please reference your insurance policy to file a claim.
- It is highly recommended that a passport is used. Note that some destinations now accept passports only. It is the traveler's responsibility to travel with the required documents. No refunds will be made if improper documentation results in denied boarding or entry.
Cancellation Policy (Tours)
Cancellations are subject to the following fees :
- If cancellation is received at least 45 days before starting date : $ 100 per person
- If cancellation is received at least 44 - 35 days before starting date : $ 250 per person
- If cancellation is received at least 34 - 20 days before starting date : 50% of tour cost
- If cancellation is received at least 19 - 6 days before starting date : 75 % of tour cost
- If cancellation is received 5 – 0 days before starting date : 100 % non refundable !!
- Once booked, your air, hotel, and any other reservations cannot be transferred or changed to another name or destination.
We strongly recommend trip cancellation & interruption insurance.

Other information
Tour price includes
- Tour starts in lobby of hotel in Warsaw at 6 pm when ORBIS guide meets the tour participants
- Hotel accommodation in 3, 4, or 5 star hotels as per individual program description.
- Price is per person based on two persons sharing room. A limited number of single rooms are available by paying the supplement shown for each tour.
- Halfboard : breakfast and lunch or dinner as per tour description
- Sightseeing and visits/ entrance fees according to the program
- Coach transport
- English-speaking guide's assistance throughout the tour
- Service fees and local taxes are included
