    Itinerary

    1. Day1
      Arrive in Moscow

      Upon arrival in Moscow, you will be met and transferred to your hotel. The rest of the day is free to relax. Welcome dinner this evening.


    2. Day2
      In Moscow

      Moscow, one of the largest cities in the world, is the symbolic heart and soul of the country. Sightseeing begins at the Red Square, dominated by St. Basil’s Cathedral and by the massive red walls of the Kremlin. Visit the Armory Museum; proceed to see the Moscow University and the popular Arbat shopping district. Continue with a drive along the wide boulevards and then stroll through GUM, Russia’s largest department store. Rest of the day is at leisure. You may take part in an optional tour by night of Moscow and its subway.


    3. Day3
      To Tver and Novgorod

      After an early breakfast, depart for Tver, an ancient trading port nestled on the banks of the Volga River. Tver offers fascinating treasures, including Putevoy Dvorets, built for Catherine II as a resting place on her journeys from Moscow to St. Petersburg. Enjoy a short sightseeing tour of this remarkable city. End the day in historic Novgorod, founded almost twelve centuries ago.


    4. Day4
      To St. Petersburg

      A morning sightseeing tour of Novgorod starts at the Kremlin with a visit to St. Sophia Cathedral. Then, cross the river via a pedestrian bridge to visit the Yaroslav Court. In the afternoon, travel north to St. Petersburg, the former capital of the Romanov Czars. Upon arrival enjoy a first sightseeing of St. Petersburg starting with the visit of Peter and Paul Fortress, quarter of the City museum and its cathedral, which houses the crypt of the Russian emperors. Next, visit St. Isaac’s Cathedral.


    5. Day5
      In St. Petersburg

      There aren’t many cities in the world that can match the grace of St. Petersburg. When Peter the Great founded St. Petersburg in 1703, he hired Europe’s best architects, craftsmen and artists to build and decorate it. Spread over 100 islands linked by over 600 bridges, St. Petersburg is often referred to as “Venice of the North”. This morning sightseeing tour will feature highlight: the world-famous Hermitage, which houses many treasures from the Czarist era. The rest of the day in St. Petersburg is free at leisure.


    6. Day6
      To Tallinn

      Journey to Estonia, where your first stop is Narva. Continue to Tallinn, capital of Estonia and situated on the southern coast of the Gulf of Finland.


    7. Day7
      To Riga

      On a walking tour of the Upper and Lower Old Town, a UNESCO World Heritage site, visit orthodox Alexander Nevsky Cathedral. Next, visit Toompea Castle and see the 14th century gothic Town Hall. This afternoon, on to Riga, the capital of Latvia.


    8. Day8
      In Riga

      During your sightseeing tour, see Riga Castle, the magnificent Dome Cathedral, St. Jacobs Cathedral, St. Peter’s Church, the Parliament building, Liberty Monument and the district of Art Nouveau houses. Your afternoon is free.


    9. Day9
      To Vilnius

      Morning departure for Vilnius, capital of Lithuania. The rest of the day is at leisure in Vilnius.


    10. Day10
      In Vilnius

      The city of Vilnius is located on the confluence of the Neris and Velnele Rivers. In Old Vilnius, visit Peter and Paul Church and St. Anna’s Church. View Vilnius University, dating back to 1570, Gediminas’ Tower in the Upper Town and Vilnius Castle. The afternoon is free or you may take an optional excursion to Trakai.


    11. Day11
      To Warsaw

      Cross the border into Poland and reach Warsaw at day’s end.


    12. Day12
      In Warsaw

      This 700 year old capital of Poland is a symbol of nationhood and the will to survive against great odds. A sightseeing tour here includes a drive along the famous Royal Route from magnificent Castle Square to Lazienki Park and Palace, summer residence of the last king of Poland. Pass by the Palace of Science and Culture (known as a “wedding cake”), the Saxon Gardens, the Tomb of the Unknown Soldier, Monument to the Heroes of the Warsaw Ghetto and the Barbican. Continue with the walking tour of the Old Town, Old Market Square and St. John’s Cathedral. The rest of the day is free for relaxing, shopping, a stroll through the city or an optional late afternoon Chopin concert.


    13. Day13
      Depart Warsaw

      After breakfast, transfer to the Warsaw airport for your departure flight.

    • There is no refund if cancellation is received 44 - 0 days before starting date: 100 % non refundable
    • Once booked, your air, hotel, and any other reservations cannot be transferred or changed to another name or destination.

    1. All prices quoted herein are in Canadian Dollars.
    2. By submitting my request online, I confirm that the spelling of all passenger names listed above are correct and is how they appear in their travel documentation. I understand that if any changes to the names are required after this booking is made supplier imposed charges will apply.
    3. I also agree that it is my responsibility to ensure that I/we have the appropriate documentation (Passport/Visa/ID card etc.) to gain entry to the chosen destination and entry into Canada upon my/our return.
    4. Prices, availability, and dates during this period are subject to change as per the airline rules and regulations.
    5. For your protection, a Polimex Travel representative will call or email you to confirm your details and delivery information.
    6. It is important that you ensure that you check the names, destinations, dates, and hotel before completing your booking.
    7. Changes to bookings may result in 100% penalty, and/or an administration fee.
    8. Proof of documents for bookings using a third party credit card, may be required, back and front of card and copy of drivers license

    Tour price includes

    • Transfers are provided complimentary from airports, harbours, etc, to hotels and vice versa by motor coach or private car only on first and last day as per itinerary under the condition that accurate transfer information is provided. 
    • Hotel accommodation in 3, 4, or 5 star hotels as per individual program description.
    • Price is per person based on two persons sharing room. A limited number of single rooms are available by paying the supplement shown for each tour.

    • Arrival and departure transfers and any other additional services can be arranged on request at an additional cost

    Reservations and Payment

    -deposit of a $300 per person is required 7 days of booking, unless reservation is made within 45 days of departure  at which time full payment is due

    -balance due 45 days before starting date of tour

    Cancellation policy:

    Cancellations are subject to the following:

    • If cancellation is received at least 45 days before starting date: $100 per person
    • If cancellation is received at least 34- 22 days before starting date: 25% of tour cost
    • If cancellation 21 - 8 days before starting date: 30% of tour cost
    • If cancellation is received 7 - 3 days before starting date: 50% of tour cost
    • If cancellation is received 3 - 0 days before starting date: 100% non refundable!!
