    Itinerary

    1. Day1
      Arrive Prague

      You will be met in Prague and transferred to your hotel. Dinner with folklore in a local restaurant.


    2. Day2
      In Prague

      This morning, tour the old part of the Prague to view the Old Town Square, the famous Astronomical Clock, the Jewish Quarter, St. Nicholas Church, Charles Bridge and more. The balance of the day is at leisure. Tonight, enjoy an opera performance.


    3. Day3
      In Prague

      Today, cross the Vltava River to visit the Royal Castle of Hradcany and St. Vitus Cathedral. Your afternoon and evening are at leisure in Prague.


    4. Day4
      To Vienna

      Travel by motor coach or first class train to Vienna, the “City of Waltz”. The balance of the day is free time in Vienna. Dinner tonight will be in a typical local Heurigen restaurant.


    5. Day5
      In Vienna

      On your morning sightseeing tour, visit the Hofburg Palace, once the seat of the Austro-Hungarian Empire, and view the Belvedere Palace, Prater amusement park, the UN buildings, St. Stephen’s Cathedral and other vivid reminders of the Vienna’s imperial history. After a free afternoon, enjoy an evening concert of Strauss’ and Mozart’s music.


    6. Day6
      In Vienna

      Take a guided visit to the Kunsthistorische Museum this morning. The balance of the day is free time in Vienna.


    7. Day7
      Departure Vienna

      After breakfast, transfer to the airport for your departure flight.

    Cancellation Policy

    • If cancellation is received at least 45 days before starting date; the deposit is refundable.
    • There is no refund if cancellation is received 44 - 0 days before starting date: 100 % non refundable
    • Once booked, your air, hotel, and any other reservations cannot be transferred or changed to another name or destination.

    Terms & Conditions

    1. All prices quoted herein are in Canadian Dollars.
    2. By submitting my request online, I confirm that the spelling of all passenger names listed above are correct and is how they appear in their travel documentation. I understand that if any changes to the names are required after this booking is made supplier imposed charges will apply.
    3. I also agree that it is my responsibility to ensure that I/we have the appropriate documentation (Passport/Visa/ID card etc.) to gain entry to the chosen destination and entry into Canada upon my/our return.
    4. Prices, availability, and dates during this period are subject to change as per the airline rules and regulations.
    5. For your protection, a Polimex Travel representative will call or email you to confirm your details and delivery information.
    6. It is important that you ensure that you check the names, destinations, dates, and hotel before completing your booking.
    7. Changes to bookings may result in 100% penalty, and/or an administration fee.
    8. Proof of documents for bookings using a third party credit card, may be required, back and front of card and copy of drivers license

  • Other information

    Tour price includes:

    • Transfers are provided complimentary from airports, harbours, etc, to hotels and vice versa by motor coach or private car only on first and last day as per itinerary under the condition that accurate transfer information is provided.
    • Hotel accomodation in 3, 4 or 5 star hotels as per individual program description.
    • Price is per person based on two persons sharing room. A limited number of single rooms are available by paying the supplement shown for each tour.
    • Meals as per tour description.
    • Sightseeing and visits/entrance fees according to the program
    • Coach transport
    • English-speaking guide's assistance throughout the tour
    • Service fees and local taxes are included

    Tour price does not include

    • Insurance: cancellation and medical insurance strongly recommended. Please check details in our Insurance section or contact us for further information.
    • drinks of any kind, unless otherwise specified
    • items of a personal nature such as telephone calls, laundry, room service, mini-bar
    • tips to the guides are at your discretion
    • Arrival and departure transfers and any other additional services can be arranged on request at an additional cost

    Cancellation Policy

    Cancellations are subject to the following fees:

    • If cancellation is received at least 45 days before starting date: $100 per person
    • If cancellation is received at least 34 - 22 days before starting date: 25% of tour cost
    • If cancellation is received at least 21 - 8 days before starting  date: 30% of tour cost
    • If cancellation is received at least 7 - 3 days before starting date: 50% of tour cost
    • If cancellation is received 3 - 0 days before starting date: 100% non refundable!!
