    Itinerary

    1. Day1

      Meet the rest of the group at 6:00 PM in the lobby for a dinner at the hotel.


    2. Day2
      Breakfast, LunchWARSAW

      After breakfast, sightseeing of Warsaw, an extraordinary city in which influences of Western and Eastern European culture cross. It is here that historic buildings, palaces, and churches destroyed during WWII, have been painstakingly reconstructed. The historic centre of Warsaw along with it's monuments and relics has been placed on the UNESCO World Heritage List. Lunch. Afternoon free time.


    3. Day3
      Breakfast, LunchWARSAW - CZĘSTOCHOWA - AUSCHWITZ - KRAKÓW

      The trip to Kraków, selected as a ''European Cultural Capital'' for the year 2000, leads us past Częstochowa, site of Jasna Gora. On your tour of the church and monastery, you will see the portrait of the Black Madonna, venerated as Poland's holiest icon. After lunch we stop at Auschwitz, site of the infamous Nazi concentration camp, so chillingly evoked in the movie, “Schindler's List”. Overnight in Kraków.

      Breakfast, DinnerKRAKÓW

      After breakfast, sightseeing of Krakow, Poland's cultural capital, with over 1000 buildings and monuments of historical and architectural intrest. Afternoon free time. Dinner


    5. Day5
      Breakfast, LunchKRAKÓW -WIELICZKA - ZAKOPANE

      After breakfast, we are off to Zakopane, a resort town high up in the scenic Tatra mountains, a great area for walking, hiking and resting. Enroute we visit the Wieliczka Salt Mine with beautifully carved chambers, chapels and an underground lake. On the UNESCO World Heritage List, it is also one of the world's oldest continually operating mines (13th c). Continue to Zakopane.


    6. Day6
      Breakfast, DinnerZAKOPANE

      After breakfast, sightseeing of Zakopane including the excursion by cable car to the top of Mt. Gubalowka for a panoramic view of the surrounding countryside. Dinner and overnight stay in Zakopane.


    7. Day7
      Breakfast, DinnerZAKOPANE - WROCŁAW

      After breakfast, drive to Wroclaw. Dinner.


    8. Day8
      Breakfast, LunchWROCLAW - LICHEN

      After breakfast sightseeing of the millennial city of Warsaw, one of Poland's most beautiful municipalities. Afternoon we drive to Lichen. Sightseeing of the Sanctuary of Our Lady Of Lichen. Dinner and overnight in Lichen.

      Breakfast, LunchLICHEN - GNIEZNO - TORUN

      After breakfast, drive to Gniezno, Poland's first capital, sightseeing of the historic old town. Lunch. Afternoon drive to Torun, free time. Overnight in Torun.


    10. Day10
      Breakfast, LunchTORUN - GDYNIA

      After breakfast, sightseeing of Torun, the charming medieval town so closely associated with the great astronomer Copernicus. After lunch departure for Gdynia


    11. Day11
      Breakfast, LunchGDYNIA - GDANSK - SOPOT

      After breakfast, sightseeing of Gdansk, Gdynia, and Sopot. The three municipalities make up the vast metropolis known as the Trojmiasto ( Tri-city). Gdansk is one of Poland's three major seaports, a city with a thousand years of history and full of priceless monuments. Gdansk neighbours on Sopot, best known for it's wide wooden pier, almost half a kilometre long, and the Opera which hosts the annual Intrnational Song Festival. North of Sopot lies Gdynia, a city built between 1920 and 1930 on the site of an exciting village as the main port and shipbuilding centre. Organ concert in the Oliwa Cathedral. Lunch. Rest of the day free time.


    12. Day12
      Breakfast, LunchGDYNIA – MALBORK - WARSAW

      Following the Vistula River, the road back to Warsaw leads us past Malbork, a mighty fortress and former seat of the once-powerful Teutonic Knights. Lunch and continue to Warsaw.


    13. Day13
      Breakfast, DinnerWARSAW

      Today we visit Royal Castle, former residence of Polish kings. Your afternoon is free for last-minute souvenir hunting. Dinner at the local restaurant with a folk show.


    14. Day14

      After breakfast end of tour.

    Reservation and Payment Policy

    • Deposit of $ 300 per person is required upon booking, unless reservation is made within 45 days of departure at which time full payment is due
    • Balance due 45 days before starting date of tour
    • Guests must be at least 18 to 21 years of age at time of check-in (depending on individual hotel policy) unless accompanied by a parent or guardian.
    • You must present photo ID at check in.
    • Changes and cancellation can be made through Polimex Travel only. Please do not contact your travel providers to process any changes or refunds. Changes or cancellations may incur charges.
    • Your hotel reservation is prepaid and guaranteed for late arrival.
    • Any incidental charges at your hotel (parking, phone calls, room service, or energy surcharges) will be handled directly between you and the hotel.
    • Once booked, your air, hotel, and any other reservations cannot be transferred or changed to another name or destination.
    • No refunds can be made for unused hotel nights resulting from delayed check-in or early check-out, unless you've purchased a Travel Protection Plan. Please reference your insurance policy to file a claim.
    • It is highly recommended that a passport is used. Note that some destinations now accept passports only. It is the traveler's responsibility to travel with the required documents. No refunds will be made if improper documentation results in denied boarding or entry.

    • If cancellation is received at least 45 days before starting date : $ 100 per person
    • If cancellation is received at least 44 - 35 days before starting date : $ 250 per person
    • If cancellation is received at least 34 - 20 days before starting date : 50% of tour cost
    • If cancellation is received at least 19 - 6 days before starting date : 75 % of tour cost
    • If cancellation is received 5 – 0 days before starting date : 100 % non refundable !!
    • Once booked, your air, hotel, and any other reservations cannot be transferred or changed to another name or destination.
