    Tour overview

    Nałęczów has for centuries been one of the best known health resorts. Its popularity has been influenced by such factors as great climate and springs of mineral waters, discovered in the end of the 18th century in the Nałęczów Park, which therapeutic properties had been quickly confirmed by studies.

    The Nałęczów Health Resort is ready to welcome 720 patients and provide to them complete and comprehensive medical care. Besides the sanatorium buildings the Health Resort features an advanced, completely equipped cardiology hospital with a department of intensive cardiological care.

    Both in the past and today, Nałęczów has been known as an exceptional place for treatment of circulatory system diseases. Therefore, the activity of the Health Resort focuses on cardiological care and diagnosis. Besides its traditional medical operation related to cardiological prophylaxis, the Nałęczów Health Resort is involved in hydrotherapy, motion therapy, obesity treatment, psychotherapy, physiotherapy, electrotherapy, natural medicine and biological regeneration.

  • Reservation and Payment Policy

    • Deposit of $ 500 per person is required upon booking, unless reservation is made within 45 days of departure at which time full payment is due
    • Balance due 45 days before starting date of tour
    • Guests must be at least 18 to 21 years of age at time of check-in (depending on individual hotel policy) unless accompanied by a parent or guardian.
    • You must present photo ID at check in.
    • Changes and cancellation can be made through Polimex Travel only. Please do not contact your travel providers to process any changes or refunds. Changes or cancellations may incur charges.
    • Your hotel reservation is prepaid and guaranteed for late arrival.
    • Any incidental charges at your hotel (parking, phone calls, room service, or energy surcharges) will be handled directly between you and the hotel.
    • Once booked, your air, hotel, and any other reservations cannot be transferred or changed to another name or destination.
    • No refunds can be made for unused hotel nights resulting from delayed check-in or early check-out, unless you've purchased a Travel Protection Plan. Please reference your insurance policy to file a claim.
    • It is highly recommended that a passport is used. Note that some destinations now accept passports only. It is the traveler's responsibility to travel with the required documents. No refunds will be made if improper documentation results in denied boarding or entry.

    Cancellation Policy

    • If cancellation is received at least 45 days before starting date; the deposit is refundable.
    • There is no refund if cancellation is received 44 - 0 days before starting date: 100 % non refundable
    • Once booked, your air, hotel, and any other reservations cannot be transferred or changed to another name or destination.
