An exiciting trip to Poland that gives you oppurtunity to see Poland's most famous and beautiful sights around different parts of the country. This trip will show you Poland's mountaneous regions, historical landmarks, cosmopolitan cities, seaside towns, beaches and much more! The trip includes tours of Zakopane, Krakow, Wroclaw, Poznan, Gdansk and Sopot. The stay in Zakopane will show you panoramic views of Poland's mountains and experience its quaint, small towns. The tour of Krakow will allow you to see legendary tourist attractions, the city's Market Square and its famous Salt Mine. The stop-over in Gdansk will include sighseeing of the Teutonic Knights Castle and tje seaside resort town of Sopot. Sighseeing tours of Wroclaw and Poznan will showcase lesser known, but beautiful parts of Poland. The final stop in Warsaw will allow you to experience Poland's most cosmopolitan city visit monuments of the city's plight during World War Two.
Itinerary

Day1
Day 1
Departure from Toronto and flight to Poland. Tonight we depart on LOT Polish Airlines flight # 042, scheduled to depart at 6:30 pm. We wil meet at Toronto Terminal # 1 at 3:30 pm to check-in for our flight. Overnight flight to Warsaw with connection to Krakow.

Day2
Day 2
Arrival in Krakow and Trip to Zakopane. Arrival in Krakow Balice airport. We will be greeted by our guide and driver. Then we will proceed to our bus for our transfer to Zakopane, a fashionable mountain resort picturesquely located at the foot of the Tatra Mountains. Check -in at your located hotel, time to unpack and have ahort rest before taking a relaxing walk along the main "Kropowki" Street with our guide. Welcome dinner at local inn with Highlander food, music and dancing.

Day 3
Tour of Zakopne, trip to Gubalowka Montain and sightseeing the Tatra Mountains. Morning tour of zakopane including the oldest Koscieliska Street, Museum of zakopane Style and then a trip to the top of the Gubalowka Mountain to admire the breathtaking panorama f the Tatra Mountains. In the evening dinner at one of the local restaurants.

Day 4
Free day to explore Zakopane including Gubalowka market. All day free relaxing, exploring the nearby valleys or shopping at the Krupowki Street and Gubalowka Market. Transfer to the Highlander inn for farewell dinner.

Day 5
Departure to Krakow through Szczawnica and Nowy Wisnicz. After breakfest departure for Krakow via the beautiful Pieniny Mountains. Relaxing trip on wooden rafts trough the breathtaking Dunajec River Gorge. The rafts are guided by local Highlanders dressed in traditional costumes. Later we stop at Nowy Winicz Castle, one of the most magnificent examples of defensive architecture in Poland from early 15th century. Continue to Krakow for dinner and overnight.

Day to explore Krakow. Free day for relaxing, shopping or exploring Krakow on your own. Dinner at local restaurant in Krakow.

Day 7
Tour of Krakow including Wawel Hill and market Square. Full day guided tour of Krakow, the ancient Polish capital. Tour will feature the legendary Wawel Hill with the Royal Castle and Cathedral, the old Market Square with St. Mary's Church, Cloth Hall, Barbican and other tourist attractions. In the afternoon an excursion to the nerby Wieliczka with its famous 700-year old Salt Mine. The Salt Mine was entered on the orinal UNESCO World Heritage List in 1978. Return to Krakow for dinner and overnight.

Day 8
Sightseeing tour of Wroclaw including Rynek and Old Market Square. After breakfast departure for Wroclaw, the capilal of Lower Silesia and 4-th largest city in Poland with a rich architectural heritage influenced by Bohemian , Austrian, Prussion and German traditions. Half-day sightseeing tour of Wroclaw, including the Panorama Raclawicka Museum, the oldest part of city Ostrow Tumski with St. John Cathedral and the second largest Old Town Square (Rynek) in Poland. Dinner at one of the many local restaurants at the Old Market Square.

Departure from Wroclaw to Poznan, with en route stop at Kornik. In the morning departure for Poznan. En route stop at Kornik to visit the 15th century Castle, rebuilt in neo-Gothic style by German architect Karl Schinkel. At the Kornik Arboretum you can find 2000 species of trees and shrubs from all corners of the wold. After check-in at your hotel in Poznan and short rest, a tour of Poznan including the Old Town with beautiful Town Hall. In the evening visit the "Old Browary" adapted into an art and shopping center by Poznab businesswoman Mrs Grazyna Kulczyk. Dinner at local restaurant.

Day 10
Departure from Poznan to Gdansk, with en route stop in Malbork. After breakfast transfer to Gdansk. En route stop in Malbork, to visit the famous Teutonic Knights Castle, the larges Medieval stronghold in Europe. Arrival to Gdansk and check-in at our hotel. The remainder of the day at leisure. Dinner at the hotel.

Sightseeing in Gdansk and Sopot. Full day sightseeing tour with local guide. The program includes the Gdansk Old Town with St. Mary's Church, St. Artus Court (outside), Neptune Fountain and other attractions. Afternoon transfer to magnificent Oliwa Cathedral, where you will have a chance to listen to the famous organ cobncert. Then we continue to the fashionable resort town of Sopot. RElaxing stroll on the impressive wooden pier in Sopot. Dinner in Sopot. In the evening transfer back to your hotel.

Free day in Gdansk and dinner in Old Town. The day is free for you to enjoy at your leisure. Dinner at one of local restaurants in Old Town area of Gdansk.

Day 13
Departure from Gdansk to Warsaw and sightseeing in Warsaw. After an early breakfast and check-out, a long-drive to Warsaw. Lunch break en route. In the afternoon arrival to Warsaw and check-in at hotel. After a short rest, walking tour of the Old Town area with your local guide. The program includes New Town, Barbican, Old Market Square, the Castle Square with the Castle and King Sigismund Monument. Dinner at a local restaurant in Old Town area.

Warsaw Tour including Warsaw Ghetto, Royal Lazienki Park and Palace on the Water concert. Morning half-day panoramic tour of Warsaw with your guide. The program includes Ghetto area, Warsaw Uprising Monument, Grand Theatre, magnificent palaces and aristocratic buildings along the Royal Route and other sites. Free time in the afternoon for your last shopping before departure. In the evening a leisurely walk in the beautiful Royal Lazienki Park with the Chopin monument, one of warsa's most famous landmarks. After that a private piano concert of Chopin music at Palace on the Water or another historical building in Lazienki Park. Concert will be fallowed by a candlelight dinner at elegant "Belvedere Restaurant".

Departure from Warsaw to Toronto. After breakfast transfer to the Okecie International Airport for flight back home.

Cancellations are subject to the following fees :
- If cancellation is received at least 45 days before starting date : $ 100 per person
- If cancellation is received at least 44 - 35 days before starting date : $ 250 per person
- If cancellation is received at least 34 - 20 days before starting date : 50% of tour cost
- If cancellation is received at least 19 - 6 days before starting date : 75 % of tour cost
- If cancellation is received 5 – 0 days before starting date : 100 % non refundable !!
- Once booked, your air, hotel, and any other reservations cannot be transferred or changed to another name or destination.
We strongly recommend trip cancellation & interruption insurance.
Reservation and Payment Policy
- Deposit of $ 300 per person is required upon booking, unless reservation is made within 45 days of departure at which time full payment is due
- Balance due 45 days before starting date of tour
- Guests must be at least 18 to 21 years of age at time of check-in (depending on individual hotel policy) unless accompanied by a parent or guardian.
- You must present photo ID at check in.
- Changes and cancellation can be made through Polimex Travel only. Please do not contact your travel providers to process any changes or refunds. Changes or cancellations may incur charges.
- Your hotel reservation is prepaid and guaranteed for late arrival.
- Any incidental charges at your hotel (parking, phone calls, room service, or energy surcharges) will be handled directly between you and the hotel.
- Once booked, your air, hotel, and any other reservations cannot be transferred or changed to another name or destination.
- No refunds can be made for unused hotel nights resulting from delayed check-in or early check-out, unless you've purchased a Travel Protection Plan. Please reference your insurance policy to file a claim.
- It is highly recommended that a passport is used. Note that some destinations now accept passports only. It is the traveler's responsibility to travel with the required documents. No refunds will be made if improper documentation results in denied boarding or entry.
