    Itinerary

      Board your overnight transatlantic flight.


    2. Day2
      Day 2

      Arrive in Munich, Germany Transfer to your hotel. Balance of the day is at leisure, At 6 pm, meet your Tour Director, than enjoy this evening's welcome dinner with your travelling companions. (D)


    3. Day3
      Day 3

      Munich-Neuschwanstein -Wies-Oberammergau Orientation features Marienplatz with the Old and New Town Halls. Visit the Frauenkirche. Then, enter yhe Bavarian Alps and drive to Neuschwanstein to visit King Ludwig's Castle. Stop for pictures of the baroque Church of Wies before you enter picturesque Oberammergau. (B, D)

      Day 4

      Oberammergau Today is the highlight of your vacation: the orginal Passion Play, held every 10 years and performed by the community of Oberammergau (B, L, D)


    5. Day5
      Day 5

      Oberammergau-Insbruck, Austria- Lichtenstein- Einsiedeln, Switzerland-Lucrene Into the Tyrolean Alps and Insbruck to take pictures of the Golden Roof. Then continue to Vaduz in the rincioality of Lichetenstein for a lunch in Switzerland, where the Great Festival of the Miraculous Dedications is held. Visit the resistance during the time of thr Refornmation. (B, D)

      Day 6

      Lucrerene Your walking tour this morning features the Lion Monument of the famous Chapel Bridge. Also visit the Cathedral of St. Leger and the baroque Jesuit Church. Afternoon is at leisure to relax, shop for Swiss watches, cruise on the lake, or join an optional excursion to one of the nearby mountains. In the evening, why not experience a Swiss folklore party with youdeling and alphorn blowing? ( B)

      Lucerene-Karlsruhe, Germany On the way to Germany, visit the Thundering Rhine Falls at Schaffahausen, a 70-foot cataract of the River Rhine. From here, head north into the pine-clad hills of the Black Forest, famous for its cuckoo clocks. ( B, D)

      Day 8

      Karlsruhe -Tiere-Aachen-Cologne First stop todayis in Trier, Germany oldest town and second in importance to Rome in the Western Roman Empire. Orientation features the Porta Nigra and visits to the romanesque Cathedral and the Dreikonigenhaus. Continue to Aachen and visit the Cathedral, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, where the 30 Holy Roman emperors crowned between the 10th and 16th centuries. In the evening you are in "Holy Cologne".       Day 9

      Cologne-Rudesheim-Frankfurt This morning, enjoy a guided visit of the gothic Cathedral. Next, a scenic Rhine Cruise to Rudesheim, capital of Riesling wine. Here, enjoy Wine Testing and a farewell Dinner. Afterwards, continue to Frankfurt for your overnight stay. ( B, D)

  • Cancellation Policy (Tours)

    Cancellations are subject to the following fees :

    • If cancellation is received at least 45 days before starting date : $ 100 per person
    • If cancellation is received at least 44 - 35 days before starting date : $ 250 per person
    • If cancellation is received at least 34 - 20 days before starting date : 50% of tour cost
    • If cancellation is received at least 19 - 6 days before starting date : 75 % of tour cost
    • If cancellation is received 5 – 0 days before starting date : 100 % non refundable !!
    • Once booked, your air, hotel, and any other reservations cannot be transferred or changed to another name or destination.

    We strongly recommend trip cancellation & interruption insurance.

     

    Reservation and Payment Policy

    • Deposit of $ 300 per person is required upon booking, unless reservation is made within 45 days of departure at which time full payment is due
    • Balance due 45 days before starting date of tour
    • Guests must be at least 18 to 21 years of age at time of check-in (depending on individual hotel policy) unless accompanied by a parent or guardian.
    • You must present photo ID at check in.
    • Changes and cancellation can be made through Polimex Travel only. Please do not contact your travel providers to process any changes or refunds. Changes or cancellations may incur charges.
    • Your hotel reservation is prepaid and guaranteed for late arrival.
    • Any incidental charges at your hotel (parking, phone calls, room service, or energy surcharges) will be handled directly between you and the hotel.
    • Once booked, your air, hotel, and any other reservations cannot be transferred or changed to another name or destination.
    • No refunds can be made for unused hotel nights resulting from delayed check-in or early check-out, unless you've purchased a Travel Protection Plan. Please reference your insurance policy to file a claim.
    • It is highly recommended that a passport is used. Note that some destinations now accept passports only. It is the traveler's responsibility to travel with the required documents. No refunds will be made if improper documentation results in denied boarding or entry.
